Vinyasa | Hatha
Our heated flow class is a dynamic practice that synchronises movement with breath. Our hatha is slower paced with longer holds and more attention to alignment. At a balmy 30 degrees you will be transported to a deeper practice that will leave you feeling balanced and invigorated. Embrace the serene surroundings of our studio as you immerse yourself in a focused and rejuvenating practice.
Vinyasa and hatha classes are limited to 6 people, ensure early booking to secure your space.
All props including mat are provided.

Yin Yoga
Our yin yoga classes are non heated. Journey with Steph through her signature offering and experience the healing power of yin yoga. Immerse yourself in the sanctuary of our studio as you slowly move through poses using plenty of props holding for 3-5 mins. Expect zen thai shiatsu release, sound immersion and tailored attention to each individual body’s needs.
Yin classes are limited to 8 people, ensure early booking to secure your space.
All props including mat, bolster, blocks and blanket are provided.
